Organization Chart

In order to establish a corporate culture of ethical management, the Bank has established the "Ethical Corporate Management Policy", "Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles", "Code of Ethical Conduct",  "Employee Service Policy", and "Procedures for Handling Reported Cases", and designated the Board of Directors Secretariat under the Board of Directors as the dedicated unit for the implementation of ethical management-related affairs, responsible for adding and amending the Bank's ethical management policies and regulations, and reporting the implementation of ethical management to the Board of Directors every year and the measures adopted, in order to supervise the implementation of the Bank's ethical management policies and the implementation of various prevention programs. In addition, the "Declaration of Compliance with the Ethical Corporate Management Policy and the Commitment of Implementation" was signed by the directors and senior management to declare the determination of ethical management, and the ethical management and legal compliance education courses were implemented to employees. The ethical management is incorporated into the employees' training.
