因應內政部自本（110）年1月份起進行外國居民居留證統一證號換發作業，如您的統一證號已變更，且無法親自前往分行辦理，請至本行官網下載空白「個人基本資料表（KYC）」，填妥內容及簽章，連同居留證正反面之清晰影本，郵寄至您往來分行辦理基本資料變更作業。
In response to Ministry of the Interior's renewal of the uniform ID number of residence permits for foreign residents starting January this year (2021), if your uniform ID number has been changed and you cannot visit the branch in person to conduct a basic information update, please visit our website and download the basic personal information form（KYC） for update. After completing the form, please sign up in the customer's signature column of the form, and mail your form together with the hard paper copies printed with both the front and back sides of your residence permit to your branch for basic information update.

提醒您，改號後建議同步更新相關資訊予撥薪雇主、證券公司、公共事業費機關、稅捐機關等單位，以利後續順利入扣帳作業。
Please be reminded that it is recommended that you also conduct an information update with your employers for payroll, or securities companies, public utility fee agencies, tax agencies and other units after you change the number, so as to facilitate the relevant receipt or deduction on your account.
